A Mother's Song: Helpful Tips for Raising a Child with Autism by Lerrlyn Nelson

A Mother's Song is a book that I have heard wonderful things about. I have not gotten a chance to read it yet, but I am hoping to soon. I will post comments on here about what I think after reading it. Lerrlyn Nelson is the author. She wrote it after working with children with Autism and their families for 25 years. It seems to have a wide variety of information about Autism.

Autism Speaks is an organization that is widely known today. The main goals of this group are awareness, advocacy, family services, and scientific information. There are a lot of resources on this website. I strongly encourage you to check this website out even if you do not have a son or daughter with autism.
